Paper Submission Invitation
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, original research papers to IEEE CVMI 2026. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the paper is original and that no substantially similar work has been submitted or will be submitted to any other journal, conference, or workshop during the review period. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate rejection without review.
All papers must be submitted electronically before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Manuscript Length & Format
The manuscript must not exceed 6 pages, including text, figures, and references. Up to two additional pages may be allowed at an additional cost. Papers must be submitted in PDF format only, and the file size must not exceed 10 MB.
Double-Blind Review Policy
IEEE CVMI 2026 follows a double-blind review process. This means that the identities of authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review. Authors must remove all names, affiliations, and any identifying information from the manuscript. References that could reveal the identity of the authors should also be avoided.
PDF Preparation Requirements
Authors must use appropriate tools to generate a PDF file containing only scalable fonts, with all fonts fully embedded. Embedded images must not contain transparent pixels or alpha channels, as this may cause display or printing issues. Additionally, the PDF file must not have Adobe Document Protection or Document Security enabled.
If artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used to generate any part of the paper—including text, figures, images, or code—this usage must be clearly disclosed in the Acknowledgments section. Authors must specify the AI system used, identify the sections influenced by AI-generated content, and briefly explain the extent of AI involvement.
The use of AI tools for basic editing or grammar correction is considered common practice. In such cases, disclosure is recommended but not mandatory.
In accordance with IEEE policies, plagiarism in any form and at any level is strictly prohibited. The conference reserves the right to reject any manuscript found to have a high level of plagiarism, even after registration, without refund.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the official conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official templates provided below. Submissions that do not follow the prescribed format may be rejected.
Available Templates:
All manuscripts must be submitted online through the CVMI 2026 Microsoft Research Paper Submission Portal (CMT). Authors are advised to complete the submission process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
