Shirish Kher is a Business Transformation Advisor at Stanford Seed, an organisation focussed on helping growth-stage businesses in emerging markets. At Stanford Seed, he helps organizations navigate strategic challenges, implement transformation initiatives, and strengthen leadership, operational, and financial decision-making.

As an early stage entrepreneur himself in the heritage travel space (via his venture Deepdive India), Shirish brings hands-on business experience. In addition, he has worked for 17 years as a coach and facilitator, specializing in collaborative workplace cultures and data-driven decision-making. He has also served as visiting faculty and admissions panel member at SIBM, IIM Indore, and TMTC.
