He serves as the President (2024-25) of the Rotary Club of Pune Professionals, where he spearheads initiatives in children’s education, water conservation, and other community projects. Within his organization, Rathi has championed an inclusive hiring initiative\u2014pledging to recruit at least one specially-abled individual every six months.
