He is also a Fellow at the prestigious Institute of Coaching, Harvard. He is the Founder and CEO of STEP Transformations, which focuses on transforming businesses and their leadership. He also works with Family Business Owners to help them professionalize and scale up in business as well as in their personal lives.<\/p>

Raman has been a quintessentially globe-trotting person in terms of his assignments, exposure and range of interests at work. His last assignment was as Country Head and President \u2013 India of an MNC Gestamp, a $10 bn dollar European Auto Component giant. He has served on several Tata group Boards as well as the Executive Committee of ACMA, the automotive component industry body. Raman has been a very regular speaker at corporate events, industry bodies and at Rotary events. He is a Visiting Faculty at the well-known Flame University at Pune.<\/p>

In June 2022, he has launched a six-month program called 12 MasterClasses for Business Owners and Leaders [ like a mini-MBA ] for experienced people to brush up their skills in an everchanging world. This program has achieved phenomenal success and is now going into Season Two. Raman takes some of the classes in this program viz on Leadership and Personal Mastery, Understanding and Scaling up the Business and Customer Centricity.<\/p>

He is the founder of The Captains\u2019 Club \u2013 a 6-month leadership development program for Owners, MDs, and Decision Makers. The program includes over 40 sessions and has expert practitioner faculty, covering topics such as Strategic Finance, People, Operations , Innovation, Branding and Marketing, AI and Leadership.<\/p>
